At Kona, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
